\u2022 <\/span>3 – Raise your employees\u2019 awareness with the tools provided (posters, video leaflets\u2026), or ask us to organise a dedicated session for your employees<\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> 4 – Walk, run, challenge yourselves\u2026 thanks to your smartphone app,<\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> 5 – Add up your steps, and turn them into a donation for the association<\/div>\n

On the day<\/strong><\/span>
\n \u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Hand out the smartphone armbands or pedometers in the morning
\n\u2022<\/span> Liven up your day with internal challenges* and encourage your employees to share their \u201cWear Your Trainers at Work\u201d day on social media using the hashtag #MTBEntreprise.
\n\u2022<\/span> Count the number of steps taken by your teams (App dashboard)
\n\u2022<\/span> Convert the result into euro cents and announce the result to your employees<\/p>\n

*Activities are at the company\u2019s initiative and are optional (sports activities, races, team games\u2026). ELA Luxembourg can put you in touch with its sport, well-being and health partners, who travel free of charge on the day of the operation to run workshops, talks and working sessions for your employees.<\/em><\/p>\n

Afterwards<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Access the live ranking of cumulative and average steps, by team and by participant.
\n\u2022<\/span> Convert the number of steps into a donation, payable by bank transfer to ELA Luxembourg\u2019s account
\n\u2022<\/span> Receive the tax receipt issued by ELA Luxembourg for your accounting department
\n\u2022<\/span> Take part in the official cheque-presentation ceremony at the end-of-year review, or organise a cheque presentation at your company on a date of your choice, we will be there<\/p>\n
