In May 2026, House of Training held its diversity day on the theme \u201cDisability and Everyday Life\u201d, to the rhythm of the Wear Your Trainers operation for ELA Luxembourg.<\/p>\n
All day long, the steps of all employees were counted and turned into a donation for ELA. Because every gesture counts.<\/p>\n
Through several interactive workshops and role-play situations, everyone gained a better understanding of the realities of disability in daily life and discussed the challenges of inclusion in the workplace.<\/p>\n
A big thank you to House of Training and everyone who took part in this fine initiative, centred on sharing, awareness and solidarity.<\/p>\n
